📋 Description

• Provide email, case, and phone support for standard inquiries and escalated cases • Coordinate auditing activities, identify gaps, trends, and risks, and drive corrective actions to improve data accuracy and system integrity • Lead UAT, regression testing, and validation of system changes • Assess business requirements and identify potential impacts or risks • Collaborate with hotel and corporate teams to resolve discrepancies and drive proactive improvements • Perform regular quality assessments of systems to improve performance, compliance, and user experience • Lead development of process documentation, governance frameworks, and best practices • Provide guidance to Analysts and support knowledge sharing across the team • Serve as escalation contact for complex system, process, and support issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and driving resolution • Coordinate creation and maintenance of knowledge articles and resolutions • Lead governance plans and support execution of Hilton standards, policies, and best practices across sales solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Three (3) years of work experience in the Hospitality/Travel industry • Two (2) years of Delphi.fdc and MeetingBroker experience • Previous support, systems, or project experience • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to travel up to 20% if applicable • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables (useful) • Salesforce Administrator Certification (useful)
