📋 Description

• Build and maintain components of the consolidated financial model across annual operating plan, long-range plan, and monthly forecast cycles • Support forecast-cycle mechanics, including data intake, model updates, and variance analysis • Contribute to executive-facing deliverables, including the Weekly Business Review, monthly OpEx review, and quarterly Board and Audit Committee materials • Prepare variance analyses explaining actuals versus plan and forecast at consolidated and segment levels • Partner with category, marketing, and operations finance counterparts to gather, pressure test, and consolidate inputs • Build models from scratch to solve problems and answer business questions • Identify opportunities to improve planning and reporting infrastructure using AI, automation, and systems • Perform ad-hoc projects, financial analyses, and presentations for finance leadership • Report to a leader on the FP&A team and develop increasing ownership under regular guidance

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in analytical financial roles such as strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, and/or consulting • Strong financial modeling skills, including building multi-scenario P&Ls and supporting models from scratch • Ability to manipulate large datasets • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate analyses into clear, structured narratives • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask • Experience in investment banking or at a high growth company preferred • Exposure to a public company's external reporting cycle preferred • Experience with online subscription businesses, acquisition marketing metrics, and lifetime value concepts preferred • Familiarity with leveraging AI and automation to improve finance workflows preferred • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer • Must not require current or future immigration sponsorship by Hims & Hers to work in the U.S.
