📋 Description

• Deliver time-bound, goal-driven coaching through video visits focused on behavior change, habit formation, lifestyle adjustments, and care-plan adherence • Provide personalized, goal-oriented in-app messaging between video sessions • Use the Hinge Health technology platform to make coaching decisions that support health-goal attainment and member outcomes • Collaborate with the care team to provide a coordinated member experience • Respond to clinician referrals for coaching services • Complete member-journey processes and updates, including video visit notes and clinical escalations • Build rapport with members and support accountability, healthy lifestyle changes, and engagement with Hinge Health activities • Assess coaching approaches and relay member trends, insights, and feedback to Product and Clinical Operations teams • Evaluate AI-generated outputs using professional judgment while maintaining personalized, human-centered communication

🎯 Requirements

• NBHWC Board Certification required • Professional Health Coach training from an NBHWC-accredited program required • 2+ years of experience in health coaching • Experience with large caseloads • Prior experience with behavior change or chronic disease management, including MSK, GI, diabetes, weight loss and nutrition, or mental health • Ability to deliver telehealth services in a private, professional space with reliable, strong internet connectivity • Must be located within the United States • Must display name and photograph/likeness in the product and associated marketing materials • Current and foreseeable future state of residence within the listed Tier 3/4 states • Ability to work within designated hours of 7am–9pm PST • Ability to work evenings (4pm and later within designated hours) • Weekend availability preferred • Additional certifications in orthopedics, pain science, women's health, or related specialties preferred • Medical fluency in Spanish, written and verbal, preferred
