📋 Description

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to members managing digestive health conditions • Deliver time-bound, goal-driven coaching through video visits focused on behavior change, habit formation, and lifestyle adjustments • Provide personalized in-app messaging to reinforce progress and continuity • Use Hinge Health technology platforms and digital tools to make coaching decisions • Collaborate with the care team and respond to clinician referrals for Medical Nutrition Therapy • Complete video visit notes, clinical escalations, and required member-journey updates • Build rapport with members and support accountability to health goals • Assess coaching approaches and relay member trends, insights, and feedback to Product and Clinical Operations teams • Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply professional judgment in human-centered care

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Registered Dietitian certification through CDR • Proof of active, required unrestricted state licensure • 1+ year of relevant clinical experience • Experience with large caseloads • Technologically savvy and able to learn new technology quickly • Prior experience with behavior change or chronic disease management • Ability to deliver telehealth services in a private, professional space with reliable, strong internet connectivity within the United States • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Self-directed, highly organized, and able to multitask • Willingness for name and photograph/likeness to appear in the product and associated marketing materials • Flexibility to work variable schedules across multiple time zones within 7am–10pm CST, including some evening hours • Comfortable with flex, non-exempt scheduling of 25–40 hours/week • Bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred, with verbal and written ability and competency exam eligibility • Master's in Dietetics or Human Nutrition is preferred • Multi-state licensure is preferred • Additional certifications in orthopedics, pain science, women's health, or related specialties are preferred • Ability to work weekends is preferred
