📋 Description

• Monitor and manage inbound marketing requests, shared inboxes, and internal intake channels • Track, triage, and route requests to appropriate team members • Maintain visibility into marketing and business development activity for prioritization and workflow management • Maintain tracking tools and systems for marketing requests and project intake • Provide logistical support for internal and client-facing events, including venues, catering, materials, and attendee communications • Assist with hotel sourcing, room blocks, and travel coordination • Support firm sponsorships through registrations, materials preparation, shipping, and on-site coordination when applicable • Draft, edit, and format website copy, attorney bios, practice descriptions, announcements, and other firm materials • Maintain attorney biographies, practice group descriptions, and profile content • Update website content in the firm's content management system • Review content for grammar, spelling, style, brand consistency, and communication standards • Support newsletters, client alerts, invitations, and other email communications • Maintain marketing content libraries, templates, and collateral repositories • Coordinate sourcing, ordering, and delivery of promotional items • Manage inventory of branded materials and track usage • Support custom promotional item orders and vendor coordination • Maintain vendor relationships and identify cost-effective solutions • Provide administrative and project support for marketing programs and events • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and team efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant coursework or internships in marketing, communications, or business a plus • 1–2 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or marketing tools a plus • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset • Discretion in handling confidential information • Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, DC, FL, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MN, MS, MO, NJ, NY, PA, RI, TX, VA or WI
