📋 Description
• Lead client meetings as the primary advisor for physician household clients • Advise clients on disability insurance options and student loan repayment and forgiveness strategy • Review meeting preparation completed by the team • Debrief meetings so follow-up emails can be prepared • Shadow the founder and second advisor to learn the firm's approach, then develop an individual approach • Participate in focused outreach, with flexibility regarding how large a part of the role it becomes • Collaborate with advisors, planners, a lawyer, a CPA, and client service associates
🎯 Requirements
• CFP® certification required • 1–4 years of planning experience • Demonstrated skill at building trust one-on-one • Eagerness to go deep on disability insurance and student loan planning • Must acquire an insurance license for life and disability as part of the job
