📋 Description

• Provide 13 weeks of clinical duty per year in 7-day blocks of overnight shifts from 10pm–7am • Interpret whole-body acute care imaging for emergency department and inpatient cases • Read primarily CT, ultrasound, and X-ray studies, with a small MRI component • Provide remote support to residents working overnight • Work in tandem with emergency/acute care radiologists and an emergency neuroradiologist • Participate in clinical and non-clinical divisional activities • Teach and supervise trainees • Collaborate with radiologists across the emergency and trauma imaging division • Support clinical services across seven hospitals, including Georgia’s largest Level 1 trauma center

🎯 Requirements

• ABR Board-certified or Board-eligible • Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Georgia medical license • Strong clinical skills across multiple imaging modalities and organ systems • Interest in acute care imaging • Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency and inpatient setting • Ability to collaborate effectively with other radiologists • Preparedness to participate in clinical and non-clinical divisional activities • Preparedness to teach and supervise trainees • Fellows completing training in summer 2027 are welcome to apply • Subspecialty training preferred • Faculty rank commensurate with experience and accomplishments
