📋 Description

• Own existing client relationships after the sale • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout each client engagement • Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls • Run regular check-ins across active accounts • Identify and resolve contractor or client issues proactively • Respond to client messages, including outside core hours when needed • Evaluate the top one to five candidates surfaced by recruiting per role • Select and present qualified candidates to clients • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and close placements • Own candidate quality presented to clients • Identify opportunities for repeat hiring proactively • Request client reviews and introductions • Celebrate placements and milestones with personalized gestures • Convert client satisfaction into long-term relationships, repeat business, and referrals • Collaborate directly with both co-founders and senior leadership through the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting • High critical thinking with the ability to form a clear view, defend it, and apply it to candidate evaluation and client problem-solving • Full ownership mindset • Clear, real, personal written communication • Responsive by nature and able to keep clients feeling prioritized • Comfortable growing into a role without a predefined playbook • Nice to have: background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring • Nice to have: experience in a small, founder-led company with direct leadership access and ownership of outcomes • Nice to have: familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa • Availability during US business hours, with responsiveness outside core hours when clients need you • Updated resume required • Short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) required; candidates without one will not proceed
