📋 Description

• Own existing client relationships after the sale • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients • Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls • Run regular check-ins across active accounts • Identify and resolve contractor and client issues proactively • Respond to client messages, including outside core hours when needed • Evaluate and select 1–5 candidates surfaced by recruiting per role • Present candidates, coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and close placements • Own candidate quality presented to clients • Identify opportunities for repeat hiring • Request client reviews and referrals • Celebrate placements and milestones with personalized gestures • Convert client satisfaction into retention, repeat business, and referrals • Participate in application, video introduction, assessment, executive interview, and background/reference check stages

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting • High critical thinking and ability to form, defend, and apply clear judgments • Full ownership mindset for resolving client issues • Clear, personal written communication • Responsiveness and ability to prioritize clients • Ability to grow into an evolving role without a predefined playbook • Nice to have: staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring background • Nice to have: experience in a small, founder-led company • Nice to have: familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa • Updated resume required • Short Loom video (1–2 minutes) required; only candidates submitting one proceed
