📋 Description

• Film 60-second videos from provided scripts for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook • Deliver scripts naturally on camera so content feels authentic • Set up lighting, sound, framing, and backgrounds for clean, professional footage • Edit footage into finished platform-ready videos with tight pacing, captions, and clean cuts • Format and export videos correctly for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook • Apply light graphics, music, and sound where appropriate • Deliver finished videos consistently and flag timeline risks early • Incorporate feedback quickly and revise efficiently • Organize files and deliver them in required formats • Participate in the application process, including prequalifying questions, video introduction, assessment if applicable, interviews, and background/reference checks

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio or link showing short-form videos filmed and edited independently; required to apply • Comfort on camera and ability to deliver scripts naturally • Strong editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar • Good eye for pacing, hooks, and audience attention on short-form platforms • Own filming setup, including a good camera or phone, lighting, and clean audio • Reliable and organized, with a record of delivering on schedule • Clear written English for feedback and coordination • Based in the United States • Nice to have: UGC or short-form brand content experience, especially B2B, SaaS, or service companies • Nice to have: captions, motion graphics, or basic animation experience • Nice to have: familiarity with YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels performance • Nice to have: experience working from scripts or creative briefs • Updated resume, portfolio, and a 1–2 minute Loom video required for application • Only candidates submitting both a portfolio and Loom video proceed to the next hiring step
