📋 Description

• Build and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative tools • Partner with Business Analysts and Admins to translate requirements into functionality • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as an agile team member • Write clean, tested, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs with QA and other developers • Design and integrate REST APIs connecting Salesforce with other systems • Contribute to architecture, technical approach, and best-practice discussions • Support release and deployment activities • Work within a core business pod such as Service Cloud, Pricing, or Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or GC holder with the ability to be hired as an FTE without sponsorships • Experience building on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows • Comfort working with SOQL, SOSL, and DML • Experience with version control (Git) and standard development tooling • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or similar) are a plus but not required • Strong communication skills when collaborating with non-technical teammates • Ability and interest in collaborative, peer-to-peer team work • Curiosity and a builder mindset
