📋 Description

• Lead expense-side variance analysis for assigned departments • Partner with Accounting and departmental leaders to deliver an accurate close • Build and enhance expense forecasts • Own headcount actuals and forecasting for specific teams • Partner with HR and business leaders to manage hiring plans and workforce costs • Maintain weekly headcount reconciliation • Update and maintain dashboards tracking ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn • Provide insights for executive discussions and strategic decisions • Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting decks for the C-Suite and Board of Directors • Support enhancements to the FP&A tech stack, including Adaptive Insights • Automate workflows and streamline reporting • Lead and support special projects from start to finish • Partner across the company to drive smarter decisions, sharper forecasts, and stronger performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • MBA a plus • 1–3 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Accounting • SaaS experience strongly preferred • Strong understanding of the expense side of the P&L and other financial statements • Advanced Excel and modeling skills • Comfortable building and improving multi-tab, driver-based models • Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar FP&A tools is a plus • Proactive problem-solver who can operate without a playbook • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented • Strong communicator comfortable engaging VP- and C-level stakeholders • Flexible, creative, and able to adjust quickly as priorities shift • Excited about learning the mechanics of SaaS metrics and how they drive growth • Must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions and attend virtual video meetings
