📋 Description

• Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden optimierst du den IT-Betrieb, damit die IT stabil, effizient und auf den Bedarf vom Business ausgerichtet ist. • Analysiere und bewerte die IT-Organisation (u.a. IT-Infrastruktur, Operations, IT-Service-Management), um Stärken und Schwächen sichtbar zu machen. • Bewerte neueste Technologien und Tools am Markt und prüfe, wie diese zur Verbesserung der bestehenden Prozesse beim Kunden beitragen können. • Optional übernimmst du die fachliche Führung und Mentoring von Junior Consultants in gemeinsamen Projekten.

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium sowie mindestens drei Jahre Projekt- und/oder Beratungserfahrung im Bereich IT-Betrieb / IT-Operations. • Fundiertes Verständnis gängiger Frameworks und Best Practices wie ITIL, sowie ein gutes Gespür für die Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Business. • Analytisches Verständnis, um Komplexität zu strukturieren und Zusammenhänge zu verdeutlichen, sowie hohe Eigenmotivation und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise. • Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch verhandlungssicher).
