📋 Description

• Work with clients to optimize IT operations, ensuring that IT is stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs • Analyze and assess IT organizations, including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management • Identify and highlight the strengths and weaknesses of IT organizations • Evaluate the latest technologies and tools available on the market • Assess how technologies and tools can improve existing client processes • Optionally take on technical leadership and mentor junior consultants on joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree • At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT operations • In-depth understanding of established frameworks and best practices such as ITIL • Strong understanding of the interface between IT and business • Analytical ability to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships • Highly self-motivated, with a conscientious and thorough approach to work • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Business-fluent German
