📋 Description

• Lead Azure and M365 consulting projects with client stakeholders • Align business needs with technology solutions • Create solution architectures, migration plans, and executive presentations • Perform hands-on implementation work for consulting projects • Provide project leadership and own overall solution success and delivery • Interface with client IT teams, providing guidance and support • Lead architecture reviews, governance boards, and design discussions with senior client stakeholders • Provide occasional escalation support for managed services and support clients

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing, IT consulting roles in Azure and M365 • Experience creating client-facing deliverables, including solution architectures, project documentation, and/or root cause analysis documents • Experience migrating enterprise-size clients to Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions • Experience designing secure, enterprise-scale Azure environments focused on infrastructure and aligned to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework • Deep familiarity with Azure governance, cost management, and scalability, including tagging, hub and spoke designs, management groups, billing, and ExpressRoute/VPN connections • Experience with Azure infrastructure concepts including VMs, disks and storage, and networking • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform • Ability to evaluate and modernize legacy infrastructure for cloud migration using rehost, replatform, and refactor patterns • General expertise with the M365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and related services • Hands-on experience implementing or managing Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA, Conditional Access Policies, and hybrid identity solutions via Entra Connect sync • Experience delivering Microsoft Security solutions, including Microsoft Defender Suite, Cloud App Security, Information Protection, and Entra ID Identity Protection • Understanding of Microsoft Governance and Compliance tools such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Priva, and DLP policies
