📋 Description
• Responsible for the implementation of regulatory and other safety and environmental programs • Conduct EHS employee site training and EHS inspections • Travel up to 50% to Hitachi Air Center locations • Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures • Serve as a technical expert, providing advice and direction on Environmental, Health, and Safety issues • Conduct investigations into accidents and incidents • Develop, coordinate, and perform Environmental, Health & Safety training
🎯 Requirements
• Associate degree or minimum of two years post high school training/experience • Bachelor’s degree in EH&S or related discipline a plus • Two-plus years of previous safety experience where safety work is at least 50% of job duties, preferred • OSHA, NFPA, IDEM regulatory knowledge and experience • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point
