📋 Description

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and project requirements • Contribute to user research, discovery activities, workshops, and usability testing • Translate insights and requirements into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs • Use Figma to explore concepts, create prototypes, and contribute to production-ready designs • Apply established design systems to help maintain consistency across products • Participate in design reviews and critiques, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback • Iterate on solutions based on user feedback, data, business priorities, and technical constraints • Consider usability, accessibility, and inclusivity throughout the design process • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development lifecycle • Continuously develop knowledge of Product Design, UX, UI, research, accessibility, and emerging design practices

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience • Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem solving, and design process; academic, personal, internship, or collaborative projects welcome • Good understanding of user-centred design principles • Familiarity with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools • Basic understanding of interaction design, visual design, usability, and accessibility • Ability to explain the reasoning and process behind design decisions • Good communication and collaboration skills • Curiosity, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment • Exposure to user research or usability testing • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design • Understanding of Agile or iterative product development • Interest in complex software, enterprise products, data, AI, or emerging technologies • No previous full-time Product Design experience is required
