📋 Description

• Partner with Product Managers, Insights analysts and Engineers as part of a cross-functional product team • Participate in discovery to understand customer problems through research, data, workflow observation, and feedback • Help define the problem before jumping to the solution • Explore solution paths through flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Validate ideas early with customers, users, and internal experts • Collaborate through implementation to ensure the shipped experience matches the intent • Use customer feedback and product metrics to improve experiences after launch • Contribute to and maintain the EverHealth design system • Use AI to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, content exploration, and design workflows • Own the clarity and usability of designed experiences • Produce design artifacts including flows, prototypes, specs, interaction details, and edge cases • Ensure recommendations are supported by customer evidence and align user needs, business outcomes, and technical constraints • Improve consistency of shared design patterns across the portfolio • Help product teams make better decisions, reduce customer friction, and ship better products

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing digital products from discovery through delivery • A strong portfolio that shows problem solving, not just polished UI • Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences • Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders • Comfort with ambiguity, feedback, iteration, and tradeoffs • Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools • Practical experience using AI to move faster, without outsourcing judgment, research, or taste • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship • Role may require travel to the Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America
