📋 Description

• Lead the full design lifecycle from strategy and discovery through UX, visual design, and prototyping across websites and digital products • Run stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions independently • Conduct user research and usability audits • Define information architecture, user flows, and sitemaps • Perform accessibility and UX audits • Produce wireframes, high-fidelity visual designs, UI systems, and production-ready prototypes • Use AI across research, ideation, and execution • Build repeatable AI workflows and critically evaluate AI output • Serve as the primary design voice in client meetings • Present and defend design decisions clearly and confidently • Support business development with design approaches, estimates, proposals, and quick prototypes • Lead client relationships and contribute to AI integration within the design team and processes • Collaborate with developers using specifications, documentation, and code-adjacent prototypes • Manage work across 2–4+ projects in a week and raise risks before they become blockers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in the industry • 6–10+ years of design experience, with meaningful time in an agency or consultancy environment • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work spanning strategy, UX, and visual design across multiple project types • Demonstrated experience independently leading client workshops, presentations, and stakeholder alignment • Experience producing high-quality visual design and UI systems alongside UX deliverables • Hands-on experience using AI design and prototyping tools in real client or production work • Experience collaborating with developers using specs, documentation, and code-adjacent prototypes • Fluent in AI and able to use AI as a core part of the design process • Deep expertise in strategy and UX disciplines • Understanding of inclusive design and WCAG 2.2+ guidelines • Working knowledge of how CMSes, websites, and apps are built • Hands-on, current fluency with AI-powered design, prototyping, and generative tools • Ability to lead client relationships, facilitate stakeholder workshops, present and defend design decisions, and support business development
