📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for core workflows across public- and private-sector products, from initial sketch through shipment • Design agentic experiences in which users delegate work to AI, review outputs, and decide whether to trust them • Design how AI agents communicate reasoning, sources, confidence, review, correction, redirection, and error handling • Contribute reusable patterns to the design system for designers and AI tools • Maintain the quality bar through build reviews with engineering • Learn investigator and compliance analyst workflows and make dense, complex data clear • Use AI to explore directions, generate variants, and rapidly create clickable prototypes • Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout discovery, launch, and implementation • Adjust designs during build, explain design rationale, and provide appropriately scoped solutions • Work across public-sector and private-sector product pods • Participate in work weeks typically 1–2 times per quarter and additional travel as needed • Participate in case study, AI skills assessment, and Leadership Principles interview processes

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio showing data-heavy B2B product work, sharp information architecture, and robust interactions • Experience designing product surfaces where AI or automation performs meaningful work, or a clear point of view on agentic design • Experience contributing to or scaling a design system • Ability to balance speed with judgment and determine the appropriate scope for 1-day, 1-week, or 1-month versions • AI fluency: ability to apply AI to accelerate workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage • Ability to work with complex data, including transactions, entities, and risk signals • High ownership, adaptability, collaboration, creative problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity • Willingness to participate in work weeks typically 1–2 times per quarter and potentially additional travel • Ability to work in a high-intensity, high-ownership environment
