📋 Description

• Own design for core features end to end across the worker and facility apps, from research and problem definition through specifications and launch • Serve as the primary experience voice for the team and frame ambiguous problems clearly • Partner with product managers on planning and prioritization based on user needs and business context • Set a high bar for visual and interaction quality across products • Build detailed, high-fidelity prototypes showing how experiences look, move, and feel • Design within the design system and contribute new components and patterns to the codebase • Talk to customers regularly and use research and data to shape product experiences • Integrate AI into research synthesis, competitor analysis, concept generation, copywriting, and working prototypes • Maintain accountability for quality throughout projects and for shipped work • Collaborate with product, engineering, other designers, and customers to improve worker and workplace app experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience • Portfolio of shipped work demonstrating strong visual and interaction craft and clear end-to-end thinking • Experience owning a product area with little oversight, from problem definition through launch and iteration • Deep attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, color, spacing, motion, and interaction detail • Fluency in Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools • Experience designing for iOS, Android, and web • Experience working within and contributing to a design system • Experience partnering with designers and engineers to implement design-system changes in code • Strong systems thinking for interconnected flows and complex existing systems • Experience talking directly to customers and using research and product data to inform design decisions • Ability to communicate design rationale and influence product and engineering direction • Clear, proactive written and verbal communication; ability to present work confidently • Fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to accelerate design work • Openness to feedback and ability to incorporate critique • Nice to have: experience with two-sided marketplaces • Nice to have: experience designing for healthcare, operations-heavy, or other high-stakes real-world domains
