📋 Description

• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, user flows, information architecture, UI designs, and UX documentation • Iterate designs based on feedback and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders • Design consumer-facing experiences, publishing tools, and call center support tools across responsive web, native iOS, and native Mac applications • Leverage established design systems and patterns while identifying opportunities for thoughtful improvements • Understand business goals, platform requirements, established patterns, and project constraints • Develop designs considering engineering constraints, accessibility, localization, platform consistency, project requirements, and timelines • Tailor presentations for different audiences and explain design rationale • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, project managers, and other designers throughout the project lifecycle • Develop experiences relevant to specific countries across the platform’s 40-country footprint • Follow direction from Design leadership and deliver designs to high standards of usability and accessibility

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of UX or product design experience • eCommerce and transactional experience preferred, either consumer-facing or internal tooling • Experience designing for web (desktop and mobile) and native iOS applications • Deep understanding and practice of the design process: discovery, design, delivery, and testing • Expertise creating user flows, information architectures, high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UX documentation • Expertise working with enterprise-level design systems and reusable components • Experience with Sketch and Figma • Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale clearly • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and communicate risks, dependencies, blockers, and recommendations • Agency experience or experience working within an “agency within an enterprise” is a plus
