📋 Description

• Shape the experience across DubClub’s mobile product • Improve fan journeys including discovery, subscription, onboarding, content access, engagement, and renewal • Design tools that help creators launch offerings, communicate with subscribers, understand performance, and grow their businesses • Lead design from discovery through launch and iteration, including user flows, prototypes, visual design, and implementation review • Partner with Product, Engineering, Creator Success, and company leadership to identify problems and ship solutions • Partner with engineers on practical mobile product solutions • Use AI and rapid prototyping tools to explore ideas and improve team workflows • Raise product craft through clear design thinking, constructive feedback, and cross-team collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience designing and shipping digital products, with a portfolio showing ownership from problem definition through launch and iteration • Strong interaction and visual design skills across responsive web and mobile • Experience with consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, creator tools, commerce, or similarly complex multi-user products • Ability to connect user needs to business goals, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and explain design decisions clearly • Comfort working closely with users, incomplete information, and a fast-moving environment • Strong working relationship with engineers and understanding of translating design decisions into production software • Fluency with Figma and prototyping • Curiosity about emerging tools that improve design and product development • Willingness to remain hands-on while guiding quality and direction beyond personal projects • Experience in sports, sports betting, or creator platforms is a plus • Required resume submission • United States-based applicants must indicate current US work authorization and future visa requirements
