📋 Description

• Collaborate with and support the team to design and build products • Apply design thinking and execution skills throughout the entire product lifecycle • Identify opportunities to step in and step up during product development • Shape the visual identity of products by translating an existing brand or creating an identity from scratch • Participate in design team reviews, sharing sessions, and brainstorms

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience at a digital product agency or consultancy • A portfolio reflecting strengths in both UX and visual design skills • Solid experience in prototyping and interaction design • Strong foundation in visual and interaction design principles • Fluency in translating stakeholder goals, user research, and complex user flows into intuitive user interfaces • Demonstrated interest in staying ahead of desktop and mobile best practices, developments, and trends in web, mobile, and iOS design • Strong ability to deliver compelling design rationale in both client and internal contexts • Motivated by feedback and the opportunity to improve the work and teamwork
