📋 Description

• Frame product problems and understand human behavior through design research • Conceptualize and prototype early ideas • Help envision future “north star” directions • Create high-resolution designs and workflows • Drive meaningful product outcomes with Product and Engineering peers • Collaborate and communicate design across multiple organizational functions • Influence others and build consensus amid ambiguity • Apply systems thinking to improve the entire user flow and ecosystem • Advocate for and apply human-centered design practices within the product squad

🎯 Requirements

• High degree of craft in user research, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design • Expert knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD • Ability to create innovative end-to-end experiences across web and mobile channels • Experience using analytics and user research to make decisions and iterate on products • Experience working with, designing, or maintaining design systems • Experience working with distributed teams • Experience working with product management and engineering teams • Experience leading or facilitating workshops, design sprints, and design studios
