📋 Description

• Own reservations and booking end to end, from problem definition through shipped product • Flex across other consumer product surfaces as needed • Develop points of view and prototypes for ambiguous problems • Design the complete booking loop, not only the booking screen • Balance guest and restaurant operational needs • Use behavioral data and guest feedback to guide priorities • Build rapid working prototypes using tools such as Figma Make, Cursor, Replit, Magic Patterns, and Lovable • Put testable concepts in front of users within days • Run small experiments and work in phases • Own visual and interaction quality, including typography, spacing, hierarchy, and motion • Design native mobile and responsive web experiences • Contribute to design systems • Partner with product, engineering, research, and marketing • Raise the bar for other designers through critique and pairing • Advocate for guests and connect design decisions to business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years designing consumer or consumer-grade products, with shipped work in your portfolio • Range across native and responsive, guest-facing and operator-facing products • Fluency with AI prototyping tools and Figma • Strong understanding of accessibility • Solid UX fundamentals and judgment • Experience with scheduling, availability, transactional, or marketplace flows is a bonus • Designing in code or close enough for trusted engineering handoffs is a nice to have • Experience building or stewarding a design system is a nice to have • Experience shipping consumer products at scale is a nice to have • Front-end and performance literacy is a nice to have • Tinkering/building experimental products is a nice to have
