📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end Brief mode experience • Design agentic and AI-assisted interactions and journeys, prototyping fast with Figma/AI tools and writing clear, build-ready handovers • Work closely with Product, Engineering and AI teams from discovery to delivery • Run user research and usability testing • Use product analytics and session replays to find friction and support design decisions with evidence • Help evolve and maintain Pencil's design system with reusable patterns for enterprise brands and self-serve users • Shape how users and AI agents collaborate across briefing, analysis, editing, review, approval and creative completion • Help achieve briefing-flow, brief-submission, approval and agent-adoption KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience on B2B SaaS or complex workflow tools • Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of shipped features • Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products: generative, conversational or agentic interfaces, including uncertainty, loading and error states • Strong interaction and systems thinking: multi-step flows, permissions, statuses and edge cases • Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping • Experience using qualitative research and quantitative data (e.g. Amplitude) to shape and validate decisions • Comfort with AI prototyping tools or front-end basics (React, component libraries) is a strong plus • Experience in adtech, marketing, creative operations or agency workflows is a bonus • Required application portfolio link • Legal right to work and remain in the country in which the candidate intends to work from
