📋 Description

• Lead design projects, including new features and improvements to mobile and web platforms • Produce, iterate, and prototype concepts for creative workflows • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to suggest product and process improvements • Contribute to visual and user experience consistency across products • Partner with product, engineering, and research to influence Runway's design direction and future

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI's for web products • Strong visual design skills • Understanding of modern web technologies, web interactions, and usability standards • Experience delivering and iterating fast in close collaboration with engineering, product, and data teams • Ability and flexibility to iterate fast and often • Comfortable picking up unfamiliar parts of the product • Knowledge and understanding of the creative tool space • Experience partnering with engineering teams and shipping real products • Functional prototyping using AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor is a bonus • Artistic and creative potential, including video/audio editing, icon/typography design, or illustration, is a bonus • U.S. salary range applies to candidates in the U.S.; range may vary outside the U.S. • If located in the U.S., authorization to work in the U.S. is requested in the application
