📋 Description

• Conceive, wireframe, design, and implement product design initiatives within CRO and Retention teams • Create and manage ongoing research for owned products • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from interviews, surveys, session recordings, and support tickets into actionable insights • Create and manage usability testing, including AI-assisted analysis of test sessions • Concept, design, and manage initiatives from the quarterly roadmap • Use AI-powered ideation and vetted AI designs to explore design directions • Identify opportunities for customer engagement using research and product data • Lead design reviews and articulate ideas and vision to partners • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Establish best practices for research, testing, UX, UI, AI tooling, and internal processes with Marketing, Copy, Development, and Creative teams • Gather design inspiration and share ideas to improve UX and UI fidelity • Steward the design components library, including vision, design, layout, rationale, and AI-assisted scaling and maintenance • Collaborate with product owners on scopes of work, surveys, customer interviews, and usability testing • Work with Engineers to facilitate design-to-build transition, including AI-assisted handoff and design-to-code workflows • Identify and champion new AI tools and workflows across the design team • Build experiences that convert new customers, retain customers, and create profit opportunities • Collaborate with the Product Design Director and larger design team to deliver customer-focused experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Overseas applications only; non-U.S. applicants only; domestic (U.S.) applications will not be considered • 8+ years experience in digital design • A portfolio showcasing agency work as well as in-house work would be ideal • Degree in Design, Arts, and/or Digital Design • A robust portfolio showcasing various use cases of solving for product challenges • Deep understanding of UX and problem-solving skills • Up-front research and user testing experience • Highest level of craft for UI design • Experience with research, usability testing, A/B testing, and business understanding • Fluency in AI-assisted design workflows • Working knowledge of AI tools for design and research synthesis, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Design, Figma AI, and AI-assisted prototyping tools • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output • Ability to wireframe and prototype experiences • Understanding of information architecture • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects to meet tight deadlines • Ability to work with domestic and international cross-functional teams
