📋 Description

• Frame ambiguous asks, business opportunities, and member experiences into scoped, evidence-backed problems • Map user journeys and diagnose end-to-end friction and drop-off • Design and execute interviews, surveys, and experiments • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, product performance, and clinical outcomes • Conduct competitive, inspiration, and analogous research • Define metrics instrumentation and success criteria • Synthesize research, data, engineering, and business input into product direction • Set priorities, make trade-offs, and recommend directions to pursue or drop • Design and analyze quantitative and qualitative evaluations and make go/no-go decisions • Evaluate vendors and partners, including build-versus-buy justifications • Own multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with corporate OKRs and strategic initiatives • Build executive communications and narratives for budget and prioritization conversations • Carry product vision into go-to-market and commercial partnership contexts • Create visual and interaction designs, microcopy, and in-product messaging • Build click-through, interactive, and coded prototypes • Run stakeholder syncs, demos, reviews, critiques, workshops, and cross-functional working sessions • Prepare documentation and prototypes for engineering and operations handoff • Partner with clinical, legal, and regulatory functions on safety, quality, and compliance • Own release go/no-go decisions and sequencing logic • Resolve cross-functional disagreements on product priorities and vision

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience solving complex, ambiguous problems across product management, design, and/or research, including a track record of owning outcomes at a multi-team level • 3-5 years of demonstrated success carrying work from 0 to 1, defining new products or experiences through to a shipped, measurable result • 3-5 years of experience owning a multi-quarter roadmap and communicating it to executive and cross-functional audiences, including budget and prioritization conversations • High craft in at least 2 specialist areas: design, product management, strategy, research, or operations • Excellence in prototyping and fluency with modern AI-assisted prototyping and building tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, Figma Make, Cursor, or Lovable; required hands-on skill • Experience partnering with clinical, legal, regulatory, or other high-stakes compliance functions in a regulated domain • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with a 3-5 year track record of influencing senior leadership decisions • Experience mentoring or informally leading other individual contributors • Fluency with AI orchestration and prompting across design, specification, and analysis work • Comfort pulling data directly from self-serve analytics tools • No educational credential explicitly required
