📋 Description

• Own the Prediction Markets experience from early thinking through launch and iteration • Define how users discover markets, understand them, trade, and manage positions • Make probabilities, liquidity, and market mechanics clear and easy to understand • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape what is built • Prototype quickly using AI to explore ideas and reach stronger solutions • Set a high bar for visual and interaction design • Use research and data to improve the product

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience • Strong portfolio of shipped consumer products • Proven track record delivering impactful, customer-centric designs solving complex problems and driving commercial outcomes • Exceptional visual and interaction design craft • Strong product instincts and attention to detail • Experience taking complex or ambiguous problems from early ideas through shipped experiences • Comfortable using AI, code, and modern design tools • High ownership and strong communication • Genuine love of sports and understanding of how fans follow teams, leagues, games, and major sporting events • Applicants may be required to submit to employment, education, criminal record, background, and identity verification checks
