The product is positioned as a B2B SaaS tool used by retailers, apparel manufacturers, and design teams to iterate faster and scale visual merchandising and product development.

📋 Description

• Own the core design and generation experience from end to end • Help skeptical, non-technical fashion designers reach a successful first-session experience • Define what constitutes good output for users • Build evaluation practices to measure product improvement • Design for trust so non-technical users understand when to rely on the model • Balance the needs of everyday creatives and enterprise buyers • Conduct user interviews, competitive teardowns, and extensive dogfooding • Turn research insights into rapid product launches • Own activation and improve the generative design workflow • Collaborate within a small, high-ownership team

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product experience • Shipped meaningful products end to end with measurable outcomes • Product sense combining aesthetic sense and workflow empathy • Systems thinking • First-principles thinking • Fluent in, or a fast learner of, probabilistic systems • Resilient and creative under real constraints • Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Town, or other AI prototyping and productivity tools • Data-driven, with ability to define product metrics and use quantitative and qualitative evidence • Comfortable using Amplitude • Bonus: direct experience shipping generative-AI or ML-powered products • Bonus: background in or genuine curiosity about fashion, design, or creative tools • Bonus: experience with enterprise/B2B products where the buyer and everyday user differ • Resume required for application
