📋 Description

• Provide UX/UI support and functions for an agile scrum team supporting web applications for a federal government partner • Generate designs based on customer requirements • Refine designs based on feedback from project leaders, developers, and other stakeholders • Attend all agile scrum ceremonies • Facilitate design research meetings • Create designs for new or enhanced web application features • Work with project stakeholders to update and refine designs based on feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a UX Designer supporting a web-based application • 5+ years' experience using design tools including Figma/FigJam to create userflows, prototypes, wireframes, and mockups • 5+ years' experience conducting user research, testing designs with end users, synthesizing system data, presenting findings to different stakeholder groups, using qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate designs, and providing recommendations for plain language • 5+ years' experience developing UX artifacts supporting design research and architecture • Experience using the Atlassian suite of tools in support of large-scale development in a kanban or scrum environment • Strong understanding of business requirements and their impact on design and a user's digital experience • Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
