📋 Description

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver customer experiences through collection, analysis, and application of customer data • Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to identify customer pain points, goals, objectives, and usability concerns • Propose targeted solutions that influence the Engineering team’s design of new products, customized visuals, and interactions • Create interactive data visualization tables, charts, graphs, and dashboards illustrating patient interactions with doctors and treatments over time • Provide data visualizations enabling sales representatives to identify doctors seeing patients with relevant conditions, prioritize outreach, meet sales goals, and improve patient outcomes and hospital cost efficiencies • Develop strategic, data-driven insights on hospital catchment zones and health systems to support efficient deployment and logistical management of resources • Create robust data products within a B2B SaaS framework for medical device companies • Enable commercial organizations to target appropriate healthcare providers and support the design and adoption of customized medical devices and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation • 3 years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and synthesizing insights into product requirements • 4 years of experience collaborating with engineering, product management, data, and commercial teams in an agile or iterative product development environment • 3 years of experience designing data-driven user experiences for B2B SaaS platforms, including workflow-based enterprise applications • 3 years of experience creating interactive data visualizations, including tables, charts, graphs, and dashboards, for analytical and operational use cases • 3 years of experience applying customer and platform data to inform UX and product design decisions, including user journey mapping and behavioral analysis • 3 years of experience translating research findings into product design specifications for engineering teams, including interaction design and visual system requirements • 2 years of experience designing software products that operate on sensitive data within highly regulated industries, with understanding of complex operational workflows and compliance constraints • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
