📋 Description

• Collaborate with Design, Product, Development and cross-functional teams to align projects and meet quality, efficiency and velocity needs • Develop deep understanding of customer journeys, personas and segmentation across projects • Translate complex cognitive challenges into elegant user experiences across multiple channels • Gain stakeholder support by communicating design vision and rationale • Conceptualize, design and define breakthrough user experiences using research and user goals • Partner with a multidisciplinary design team to shape and enhance digital experiences for consumers • Communicate user needs and demonstrate how proposed designs solve them • Present to senior stakeholders and build support for UX initiatives • Mentor junior designers and collaborate with designers, strategists, managers and technologists

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional work experience • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in desktop and native app design, including XD and visual design • 3 years of experience leading design collaboration sessions with a range of stakeholders • Proven experience driving and delivering design from initial concepts to in-market experiences • Strong portfolio including desktop, native app, mobile web and responsive design experiences • Proven experience defining design direction, communicating rationale to non-design audiences, and advocating for design decisions • Fluency in Figma • Ability to mentor junior designers • Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design • Strong understanding of native mobile and responsive web platforms • Working knowledge of incorporating AI into the design process • Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools • Ability to collaborate within an agile process with product owners, scrum masters and engineering teams • Knowledge of user-centered design philosophy and process • Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Graphic Design, Information Design, Product Design, Human Factors, or equivalent/relevant work experience • Attention to detail and passion for excellence
