📋 Description

• Define and execute the long-term vision for technical publications • Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing team • Implement and manage modern CCMS platforms and automated publishing pipelines • Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, UX, and Customer Success • Establish industry-standard KPIs to measure content effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technical writing • 6+ years managing global technical writing teams in unstructured data storage, SaaS, or hardware industry • Ability to understand complex technical architectures, APIs, and developer tools • Familiarity with modern authoring tools (e.g., SDL Tridion, Git, Markdown-based workflows) • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field
