📋 Description

• Define and execute North America's partnership and ecosystem strategy. • Develop innovative partnership models. • Translate market trends into actionable partnership opportunities. • Identify, develop, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships. • Drive innovation through joint solutions. • Lead the full partnership lifecycle. • Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite executives. • Collaborate with Sales and Business Units to ensure partnerships generate measurable outcomes. • Conduct ecosystem and competitive analysis. • Influence and align diverse stakeholders across functions. • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure effective governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, sales leadership, marketing, or related functions. • As-a-service experience strongly preferred • Knowledge of the energy industry is highly desirable. • Proven success developing and executing growth strategies that deliver measurable business impact. • Demonstrated experience building and managing strategic partnerships from concept through execution and long-term governance. • Strong commercial acumen with experience creating new revenue streams. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational excellence. • Experience working within complex, matrixed, and multinational organizations. • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills. • Ability to engage effectively with internal and external senior leaders. • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
