📋 Description

• Review tender and bid documents to understand customer requirements, project scope, and submission expectations • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations using cost analysis, benchmarks, and commercial insights • Partner with sales, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to gather technical and commercial inputs • Manage tender schedules and priorities to ensure high-quality, on-time proposal submissions • Evaluate bid opportunities and support bid/no-bid decision-making processes • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to bids, contracts, pricing, and estimates • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and compliant documentation and perform quality checks • Engage with customers to clarify requirements, build confidence, and support a positive customer experience • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines • Improve tendering processes, identify efficiencies, and share best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, proposal development, or quotation preparation • Strong analytical skills to interpret technical, commercial, and market data • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Experience using tendering, ERP, or CRM tools • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
