📋 Description

• Lead membership and education campaigns, manages digital channels, supports webinars and training logistics, and delivers performance reporting • Support campaigns that attract new members and retain existing ones, audience targeting and follow-up. • Develop and execute lapsed member marketing campaigns. • Build and maintain audience segments for membership campaigns using HL7’s CRM and email marketing platforms. • Support marketing campaigns that drive registrations for education offerings, certifications, and corporate training. • Conduct market and audience research to inform education campaign positioning. • Manage project timelines for courses and education events. • Prepare post-program reports summarizing participation and follow-up actions. • Manage the day-to-day social media calendar and maintain HL7 website content. • Deliver regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 –5 years of experience in a communications and marketing role with hands-on campaign execution; association, nonprofit, or healthcare experience is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field , or equivalent experience. • Experience in scheduling and moderating virtual meetings, training , and events. • Working proficiency with marketing tools: Canva, email marketing/automation platforms (HubSpot, MailChimp, Propfuel ), CRM/ AMS systems, social media schedulers, and Google Analytics. • Strong copywriting skills . • A ttention to detail and proven follow-through across multiple campaigns and deadlines. • Comfortable with data — building reports, spotting trends, and turning numbers into recommendations. • Self-starter who notices what needs doing and takes the initiative to do it, and a team player who shares credit, asks for input, and pitches in when needed.
