📋 Description
• Present soil health concepts in a peer-based, trust-first manner to groups of 5–20 growers. • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Soil Health Specialists to deliver a best-in-class field experience. • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and cross-functional huddles to drive pod success. • Continually develop agronomic and sales communication skills via Thrive Hive enablement programs. • Perform soil testing, field checks, and verify efficacy of Holganix products. • Provide agronomic support to our growers with an educational and consultative approach.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's of Science in Agronomy and CCA or relevant training preferred • 5+ years of agronomic support, agricultural product sales, or agriculture product roles • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with small and large groups. • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Proactive self-starter • Experience working directly with farmers. • Willingness and capacity to travel regionally. • Passion for sustainable/regenerative agriculture; soil health knowledge required • Valid Driver’s License.
