📋 Description

• Serve as Holon Health’s first CFO and strategic architect • Own financial planning and analysis and build the financial engine supporting the company’s mission • Partner with Growth to refine go-to-market strategy using payer-segment and geographic data • Collaborate with Product Development to prioritize engineering and design based on projected ROI and patient outcomes • Lead Healthcare Economic and Outcomes Research with the Clinical team • Design compensation and incentive plans aligned with mission and performance goals • Develop predictive staffing models with People Operations • Use financial and operational data to improve practice efficiency, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance • Own financial strategy, financial models, forecasts, and cash planning • Support CEO and Board fundraising efforts across debt and equity • Lead the revenue cycle management lifecycle, including eligibility, billing, collections, and payer performance • Serve as internal expert on health plan contracting and reimbursement economics • Track KPIs and resolve claims, denials, and payer-behavior bottlenecks • Manage and develop teams and drive accountability

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership (CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance) • Proven track record in healthcare finance and revenue cycle management, specifically within behavioral health or complex care settings • Experience with multi-site healthcare operations and scaling early-stage startups • MBA or CPA required; experience leading HEOR or data-driven compensation design • Experience managing and developing teams, including setting clear goals and driving accountability • Demonstrated ability to operate as both strategist and executor in fast-moving environments • Prior fractional, interim, or multi-client CFO experience strongly preferred • Experience in an early-stage startup or high-growth environment where you helped build functions from scratch • Experience with behavioral health billing complexity, including authorizations, coding, payer variability, and denials
