📋 Description

• Analyze profitability and identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and efficiency • Partner with Sales and leadership on commercial and strategic decision-making • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes • Deliver data-driven insights and forward-looking analysis to guide business decisions • Support growth initiatives, including M&A and integration activities • Ensure reporting accuracy, compliance, risk management, and strong financial governance across the region • Act as a trusted financial advisor and decision partner to the Americas leadership team • Influence decisions and drive financial performance across the regional business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or business partnering • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing and profitability analysis • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and influencing capabilities • Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is an advantage • Proactive and results-driven business mindset • Ability to influence decisions and challenge constructively • Collaborative and comfortable working across functions and cultures
