📋 Description

• Support the Sales Manager and Sales Team in achieving operational and financial goals for the US East Sales Cluster • Analyze sales and costs performance at total and customer level • Make proactive suggestions for performance improvements • Lead the monthly performance management process, evaluating progress and deviations from plan • Follow up on results and activities in the Local Business Plan • Coordinate quarterly forecasts • Assess macroeconomic conditions and align forecasts with concrete sales plans • Develop business cases for investments, customer cases, and efficiency initiatives • Ensure management decisions and performance are driven by financial and operational data • Report to the SAA Business Control Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent • At least 2 to 3 years of Business Controlling or similar experience in a manufacturing environment • Excellent understanding of financial processes, reporting, and accounting • High level of computer proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail • Ability to question facts and identify solutions • Ability to work with continuous improvements • Flexibility and ability to react well to change • Ability to remain calm in challenging situations • Ability to work cross-Americas, including with colleagues in Brazil and Canada • Ability to communicate findings clearly and understandably
