📋 Description
• List rental properties on the MLS or other major platforms • Show properties to prospective tenants • Communicate with and screen applicants to identify qualified candidates • Provide weekly updates on showing activity, applicant status, and feedback • Meet key deadlines to minimize vacancy time • Coordinate lease signing and transition to the onboarding process for new residents • Use the online portal to receive listings, submit updates, and communicate • Partner with the company on a per-property basis for residential listing and resident placement
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed Real Estate Agent in good standing • Professional, responsive, and highly organized • Comfortable with basic technology and able to use the online portal • Ability to screen applicants based on provided qualifications • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Able to work efficiently and meet timelines • Property management experience is not required • Must be located in Pittsburgh, PA • Tasks fall within a licensed agent’s scope
