📋 Description

• Assist with the customer experience throughout the installation job life cycle • Perform technical measures, assess pre-existing conditions, and conduct product affirmations • Conduct Job Site Inspections to review work quality, check service provider badges, and meet with customers • Ensure work adheres to industry construction standards and that job scope changes are documented • Communicate with customers, provide timely follow-up, resolve questions and job changes • Resolve scope-of-work changes, add-labor items, material needs, customer complaints, open services, and Care Tickets • Manage all jobs in the assigned area and product category • Make or escalate project-change decisions to prevent cycle-time delays • Work with service providers to resolve issues and approve or escalate project changes • Ensure all open items are completed to the customer's satisfaction • Use reporting and related systems to support customer experience and installation accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Must pass pre-employment test if applicable • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field related to the job, or equivalent qualifications • 5 years of work experience • Construction/home improvement industry experience preferred • Prior experience managing residential home improvement install projects preferred • Strong time management and organizational skills • Strong negotiating skills • Strong business acumen • Problem-solving and multitasking skills • Collaborative leadership skills emphasizing partnerships • Ability to perform intermittent continuous physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting material or equipment • Ability to work in conditions with exposure to dust, fumes, or odors
