📋 Description

• Track and drive remediation of cybersecurity risks and critical exposures • Monitor and drive compliance across cloud-platform and application-security controls • Manage cybersecurity initiatives for an assigned portfolio • Host quarterly capability reviews with product teams • Communicate cybersecurity dependencies to stakeholders • Deliver accurate, timely reports for VP and Director levels • Host regular partner office hours • Support ad hoc security initiatives • Synthesize data, structure issues, and perform analysis to develop solutions • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify trends and resolve issues • Drive execution to ensure initiative and project goals are met • Implement solutions that meet customer expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or IT compliance within a retail or enterprise environment • Strong track record driving security initiatives and managing vulnerability lifecycles • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build strong partnerships with technical portfolios • Ability to translate security metrics into clear, professional reports for management and stakeholders • Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field, or equivalent qualifying knowledge, skills, and abilities
