📋 Description

• Analyze and validate investigations completed by AI Agents for accuracy, completeness, and risk • Correlate cloud, endpoint, identity, network, and other data sources to understand malicious activity • Investigate malicious activity addressed by 7AI Agents and assess attack complexity and prevented customer risk • Hunt in customer environments using AI Agents to detect and remediate emerging threats • Assist customers with threat monitoring, alert triage, and prioritization, especially during incidents • Identify potential threats and anomalies by reviewing logs and malicious findings • Engage customers ranging from SOC analysts to CISOs • Architect scalable operational processes while maintaining consistent quality • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve customer experience and optimize the AI platform • Stay current with cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and AI-driven attacks

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations • Comfortable with on-call weekend shifts as needed • Hands-on experience investigating alerts across endpoint, network, identity, email, cloud, and other sources • Strong understanding of security monitoring tools, including XDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and IDP • Familiarity with log and telemetry concepts • Experience analyzing and investigating alerts from intrusion detection, network monitoring, and endpoint protection tools • Working knowledge of common attack techniques, MITRE ATT&CK, and incident triage methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to verify AI-driven analysis and make independent security decisions • Data querying experience with SPL, KQL, FQL, SQL, or similar SIEM query technologies • Familiarity with malware analysis methods • Great interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset • Proven track record collaborating in a team • Prior Managed Services experience preferred • Incident handling experience preferred • Security+, GSEC, or GCIH certifications preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the US • Willingness to work a 3AM–11AM ET shift
