📋 Description

• Sell the Company's exterior and interior products and services to customers • Travel to customers' homes and conduct outside sales visits • Assess customer needs and make tailored product recommendations • Develop and negotiate customized price quotes • Present warranty information and financing options • Complete sales contracts and related paperwork • Take measurements using industry-standard methods to meet installation specifications • Prospect for new customers inside assigned THD stores and at industry events • Build relationships with store management and associates and educate them on HDIS offerings • Attend sales and store team meetings to improve sales techniques and learn about HDIS products

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • Prior in-home or virtual sales experience preferred • Prior home improvement industry experience preferred • Prior successful lead-generation experience preferred • Computer and application skills, including email, iPad, and apps • No previous leadership experience required • Certifications: None
