📋 Description

• Facilitate training for virtual and in-person audiences • Deliver training content focused on complex operations or tasks with broad scope • Develop, maintain, and update courses with Learning Design & Development, Learning Strategy, managers, and functional subject matter experts • Serve as a subject matter expert for content development • Interact with multiple organizational levels and business functions inside and outside the learning organization • Facilitate in front of large groups both in person and online • Manage and support multi-day learning events • Participate in special projects as assigned • Handle calendar planning, attendance/roster management, customer communication, and event management

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience facilitating training both in-person and remotely, with a solid understanding and application of adult learning principles • High school diploma and/or GED • Minimum 2 years of work experience • No leadership experience required • Certifications: None
