📋 Description

• Track and reconcile the return of customer and Burroughs-owned assets • Arrange pick-up of assets from vendors or customer sites • Assist with system setup for new field technicians • Report performance metrics and departmental key performance indicators • Process inventory transactions to move assets between BRC/Main Warehouse locations, 3PL locations, and field technician sites • Receive parts from field technicians into the BRC repair system database • Communicate receiving discrepancies with Field Operations • Reconcile customer-owned inventory received at the wrong location and coordinate returns to the proper location • Provide feedback to the Repair Operations Manager on parts needed at 3PL locations • Prepare unsupported products or products with excess demand for shipment to third-party repair vendors • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives within Supply Chain • Assist with training Field Operations personnel on proper part return procedures • Participate in ERP systems integration efforts • Perform other related tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Prior logistics or equivalent business experience required • Standard Microsoft applications, including Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred • Problem solving/analysis skills • Ability to work well with co-workers to resolve issues and problems • Customer service focus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently • Leadership • Attention to detail • Thoroughness • Ability to stand regularly and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls • Ability to climb or balance • Ability to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds • Close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
